Returns & Exchanges

If your new gear doesn't make you feel like a magical goat, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any accidental explosions or cat hair.

Return Process

  Initiate the Portal

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email to start the process before your items self-destruct.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place your items back in the original packaging, ensuring no Streaking Kittens or diffuse cards were left in the pockets.

• 3.
  Slap on the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label we emailed you and tape it securely to the outside of your box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop and Run

  Hand the package to your local carrier; once we verify your items haven't been mauled by a bear, we will issue your refund.
